In the 'Forgotten Password' function, using PHPMailer, I have configured the SMTP server and provided the necessary credentials. After entering a username or email address into the 'Forgotten Password' form, a 'successful email sent' popup is displayed. However, I have not received the email as the intended recipient. I've checked both the inbox and spam folder, but the email has not been found.
